Ausra is a pretty girl. Not many people can look that good when you photograph them that close. It seems like all blemishes show up when they do.
I don't know if you tried it but, take her photo in B&W mode using a red filter if you can with your digital camera. Some do and some doen't. I thought I saw you used that mode before.
Keep the image in black & white mode and print it that way. It'll make her skin look very smooth and flaless and somewhat light in tone. It's a very nice looking and flattering technique. You might try or choose a dark background to put the emphesis on her. I also might have her pull the dress (slightly) off her sholders and not show it at all. Bare light on her shouldes will be very flattering. Keep the cropping as you have here.posted by Ron Kirkwood on May 30, 2005 7:21pm
